Cooking Instructions:
1. Mix well 30 gm of chilla mix with water or butter milk until you get the desired consistency.
2. Add any finely chopped or grated vegetables of your choice.
3. Heat and grease nonstick pan on medium flame and spread the prepared batter on it evenly.
4. Cook for 2-3 minutes unless done or the chilla turns light brown. Flip and cook for another minute.
5. Serve hot and pair it with your favourite toppings or chutney.
