The ResMed H5i heated humidifier seamlessly integrates with the S9 CPAP, offering relief from dryness and congestion associated with sleep therapy. Here are the key features and modes of operation:

Key Features:

• Automatic Integration:
• The H5i doesn't require a separate power supply; your existing S9 device automatically detects it as soon as the H5i is connected.
• Intelligent Humidity Control:
• The H5i employs added intelligence to deliver consistent humidity and minimize rain-out during standard humidification.
• Tubing Compatibility:
• Compatible with both standard SlimLine tubing and the recommended ClimateLine Heated tube. Using the ClimateLine Heated tube optimizes relative humidity and eliminates rain-out issues.

Three Operating Modes:

1. Patient Mode:

• Traditional humidifier mode that warms until it reaches the selected humidity setting or 80%.

1. Auto Mode:

• Recommended when using ClimateLine heated tubing. Defaults to a Climate Control setting of 80°F, adjustable up and down as needed.

1. Off Mode:

• Adjustable from OFF to 6, controlled from the HOME screen. Humidity level settings range from 1 to 6, with 3 being the average.
